30-Day Return Policy
All of our items have been selected, developed, or tested by flying enthusiasts and your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, please let us know and we will make it right. We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on most items. Exceptions are books, videos, software, items cut-to-size, line orders, special orders, do-it-yourself and engine repair parts, powered paragliding kits, paragliders and powered paragliders.
You must call to receive a return authorization number and the item must be in its original condition to receive credit. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds or credit offered outside of our policy may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be limited to store credit only. Shipping will not be refunded. Refunds on orders placed with shipping promotions will be subject to regular shipping charges.

is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported to the carrier.
All merchandise is shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. Notify
the transportation company (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) immediately if there are any
items damaged. Our liability for damage in transit ceases when the carrier
receives the shipment. Inspect your merchandise and notify us immediately
if there are any descrepancies between what you ordered and what you have
All returns and exchanges
must be returned in prepaid freight, at the customers expense.
No returns will be allowed 30 days after the date

Co. and Hill Country Paragliding Inc. make no warranty expressed or implied for the usefulness of any item for its intended or consequential usage and will not provide damages other than a return of the initial price paid for an item. WARNING: We carry no product liability insurance of any kind! Use of all items is solely at your own risk.
